Summer Recipe: Grilled Peach + Arugula Flatbread with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze

This one’s a little unexpected—and completely addictive.

What you need:

  • Whole wheat naan or flatbread

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or dairy-free alternative

  • Handful of arugula

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic glaze

How to make it:

  1. Grill your flatbread for 2–3 min per side

  2. Add sliced peaches and goat cheese

  3. Grill or broil for another 2 min until the cheese softens

  4. Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze

Why it works:
Fiber + healthy carbs + a little protein and fat. Peaches are full of antioxidants and arugula helps support estrogen detox—perfect for hormone balance in midlife.
