Summer Recipe: Grilled Peach + Arugula Flatbread with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze
This one’s a little unexpected—and completely addictive.
What you need:
Whole wheat naan or flatbread
1 ripe peach, sliced
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or dairy-free alternative
Handful of arugula
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
How to make it:
Grill your flatbread for 2–3 min per side
Add sliced peaches and goat cheese
Grill or broil for another 2 min until the cheese softens
Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
