Summer Recipe: Grilled Peach + Arugula Flatbread with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze
This one’s a little unexpected—and completely addictive.
What you need:
- Whole wheat naan or flatbread 
- 1 ripe peach, sliced 
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or dairy-free alternative 
- Handful of arugula 
- Olive oil 
- Balsamic glaze 
How to make it:
- Grill your flatbread for 2–3 min per side 
- Add sliced peaches and goat cheese 
- Grill or broil for another 2 min until the cheese softens 
- Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze 
Why it works:
